Standard Shipping and Handling Policy Within the 48 Contiguous States: We have a simple policy. Shipping and handling charges are based on the dollar amount of your order. The rate chart shown here makes it easy to calculate. These rates include handling and apply to normal ground service for orders meeting UPS/USPS/FedEx weight and dimension standards. Orders that cannot by shipped via normal ground service are shipped via an alternate means, and you pay the actual freight charges.

Shipping Policy Outside the 48 Contiguous States: For all orders shipped outside the 48 contiguous states, charges to be determined when order is placed. Call for a quote if sending a check. Items which do not meet UPS/USPS/FedEx weight and dimension standards are noted as such and shipped via an alternate means. You pay actual freight charges. When placing an Internet order, you may request when you check out that you be contacted with confirmation of shipping charges before your order is shipped.

Because local safety standards and regulations vary significantly, DuroKon cannot guarantee that our products meet all applicable requirements in each locality. The purchaser assumes all responsibility for compliance with safety standards and regulations in those localities in which the products will be shipped, sold and used.
Claims: We take great care in filling, checking and packing your order. On rare occasions, a package may be damaged or lost in transit. If a truck shipment is damaged, please note the damage on the delivery receipt. Then call us at (503) 395-8616.
Returns: Products purchased directly from DuroKon can only be returned if they are damaged in transit or are deemed by DuroKon to have a manufacturing defect. Returns must be pre-authorized by calling 503-395-8616 and must be re-packed in their original shipping materials. Customers wishing to return products which have not been damaged or are not defective are subject to a minimum 10% restocking fee. Freight for returns will be the customer's responsibility unless the products have a manufacturing defect. Customer should inspect items immediately upon delivery and report any issues to 503-395-8616. Claims received after 7 days of delivery will not and cannot be processed.

DUROKON SHALL NOT BE SUBJECT TO AND DISCLAIMS: (1) ANY OTHER OBLIGATIONS OR LIABILITIES ARISING OUT OF BREACH OF CONTRACT OR OF WARRANTY, (2) ANY OBLIGATIONS WHATSOEVER ARISING FROM TORT CLAIMS (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE AND STRICT LIABILITY) OR ARISING UNDER OTHER THEORIES OF LAW WITH RESPECT TO PRODUCTS SOLD OR SERVICES RENDERED BY DUROKON OR ANY UNDERTAKINGS, ACTS OR OMISSIONS RELATING THERETO, AND (3) ALL CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL AND CONTINGENT DAMAGES WHATSOEVER.
